  • The Manhattan Medical Center will provide a first class medical facility and an environment for multiple medical specializations to serve the local community. The Project will be rated LEED Silver complaint (LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and it is a rating system for the design, construction and operation of “green” buildings).
  • The Project’s distinctive architecture is consistent with the City’s plan to enhance and improve the Sepulveda Commercial Corridor.  Some design highlights include:
    • The L-shaped building concept minimizes the bulk of the building.
    • The retail will be easily accessible to the public, physicians and patients with a desirable corner location and outdoor patio.
  • The lobby and common areas will be luxurious with first class finishes and a large glass atrium.
  • The open floor plan allows for flexibility and offices suites of various sizes.
  • The Project will incorporate state of the art technology including high-speed internet access, access control, and individually controlled air conditioning and electrical systems including a cooling tower.
  • The efficiently designed parking lot with easy passenger drop offs and vehicle turnarounds will provide ample covered parking and excellent vehicular flow.
  • The Project parking exceeds peak usage estimates for the facility.
  • The design of the internal circulation of vehicle traffic is optimized through the use of two-way ramps and the absence of dead-end aisles.

Below are some sample floor plans of the building. The building has been designed for maximum flexibility in suite layout and design. The floor plans below are only representative of the spaces available at the building. We have the flexibility to adjust walls and suite configurations to meet your specific needs.
